Students for Pilipino American History Month (SPAHM): is during the month of October and is a time where FASA raises awareness of Filipino culture throughout the community and the CSUN campus.
SPAHM Showcase: is an annual event where we feature Filipino American talent.
Friendship Games: is a day-long event hosted at Cal State Fullerton. Filipino American groups throughout California gather to celebrate spirit, pride, unity, and friendship (SPUF).
Spring and Summer
Pilipino Cultural Night: is an annual student production that includes Filipino cultural dancing and music as well as a script written by members of FASA. This year marks CSUN FASA's 26th show, "Soledad." It is under direction of Isabel Miclat. It will be held on April 23rd.
Northridge Invitational Tournament (NIT): is an annual event that takes place within three days in the month of July. Teams from different schools throughout Southern California come out to compete. Members can either participate in the tournament or volunteer. Many schools participate in sports such as basketball, volleyball, football, tennis, bowling, and soft-ball. Trophies are awarded to the first and second place teams.
